A very talented sculptor he was a student in Florence of Ulisse Cambi. Author of many sculptures of busts and portraits we remember that of Vittorio Emanuele II for the hall of the Grand Council of Florence. He exhibited in Florence in 1861, at the Permanente di Belle Arti of Turin in 1884 and at the Italian General Exhibition always in Turin.
